What this website uses
We do not add advertising or analytics cookies to this website. Your browser uses local storage to keep your privacy choice. If you add plants to a quote list, you can choose whether that list stays only for this browser session or is remembered on this device for future visits. The list contains the plants and any quantities, sizes or notes you enter; it is not sent to us by browsing the site. You can change your choice using “Privacy choices” in the footer.
When you make an enquiry
The form uses your name, phone number, optional email, location, plant list and requirement to prepare a WhatsApp draft addressed to Syamala Nurseries. The website does not submit the form to its own enquiry database. When you choose “Continue on WhatsApp”, those details are passed to WhatsApp/Meta in the link, which may process the draft even if you do not press send. If you send it, the nursery uses it to respond, discuss availability, prepare a quote and coordinate your request.
Who receives the details
WhatsApp/Meta handles the draft and any message you send under its own terms and privacy policy. Syamala Nurseries receives it if you send it. We do not use these enquiry details for unrelated marketing or sell them. A phone call instead uses your telephone provider. Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without sending an enquiry, keep a quote list only for the current session, or call instead of using WhatsApp. To ask Syamala Nurseries about a message you sent, correction or deletion, contact +91 96529 88826. For WhatsApp account data, use WhatsApp’s own privacy controls.
